Vu+ Duo2 ATSC Black Hole v2.0.7

This image is in ALPHA STAGE

This is BH image with initial and very experimental ATSC support for our friends who lives in an ATSC country and they have a Vu+ box.

Please be careful with this image: it's ALPHA SOFTWARE.

IF YOU LIVE IN A DVB COUNTRY, USE STANDARD BH IMAGE.

It is getting better!
I managed to scan a few terrestrial channels, but I cannot watch any of them. The receiver seems to misplace the found channels and it does not associate them with the tuner after they are scanned.
The found channels turn to grey once one of them is selected for viewing and the Service Unavailable message appears. Web Interface screen shots are attached.

Ok seems a little step forward :)
I'll contact via PM to make a little more dedicated tests.

More Progress: DVB-S2 Blind scan works in this image, but still only on tuner 1.
Lost access to the satellite file edit using SetEdit. Seems to be a path problem or something SetEdit does not understand? Unable to load sat list to SetEdit from receiver.

I don't know SetEdit but I think to include into next online update a satellite.xml updated with all satellites in the world

SetEdit was an operator error. It works OK now.

dreamboxEdit gives me a bit more information. It shows the scanned terrestrial channels as cable channels belonging to a cable satellite. But it does not show which cable satellite the channels belong to.

Would it be possible to add a second ATSC USB tuner or is one USB tuner the limit?

I'm happy to read your setting editor works correctly :)
About ATSC channels, can you upload here the settings with new channels detected?
About ATSC device numbers I think it's possible to add it more than one like with DVB USB devices but actually it0s not very improtant this aspect of implementation.

I did a firmware upgrade online. The terrestrial channels still do not work, but they are now stored under the ATSC name instead of -514.1E.View attachment 13659

Perfect :D
I've tried to check if this modification works with my local box and your TV settings but I've failed .....
I'm very happy that now channels are correctly stored in the right place.
About service scan and TV view I'm more deeper in the Enigma2 code ... From this weekend I start the 2.0.7.2 port into ATSC version and next continue the analysys of ATSC specs for service scans and service view

As for Service Scans, Is it possible to just scan the known terrestrial tv channels instead of setting up different cities or regions? We have a VHF and an UHV band for terrestrial television. These frequencies for terrestrial tv channels are published somewhere and they do not change like satellite transponder frequencies do. To me, it makes more sense to scan all known tv channels or frequencies for a Service scan instead of doing a scan by region. Scanning all known channels or frequencies would give me everything that I can receive instead of just the channels that are available from one city or region. There are a lot of people that can receive some terrestrial signals from Atlanta, Ga., Chattanooga TN., and Birmingham, Ala. from one location.

Sure.
The actual atsc.xml file is just for testing purposes and I've already detected the complete list of frequencies to be scanned.
