Hi.

I have a DVB-S2 and a DBV-T that I replaced with a dual hybrid C/T/T2 NIM(TT3L10).
Receiver A: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6211) (DVB-S2)
Receiver B: Vuplus DVB-T NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-T2) set to Scandinavia (Europe DVB-T/T2)
Receiver C: Vuplus DVB-T NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-T2) set to Scandinavia (Europe DVB-T/T2)

In the automatic scan menu only 2 entrys showes up, DVB-S2 and and only one DVB-T2.

If I scan DVB-T2 no DVB-T2 programs is found, only DVB-T.
Then, if I do a manual scan of a channel or frequency that I know is DVB-T2 he cant find any.

I live in Sweden.

This is the frequency that the VU+ can´t find.
From the operator in Nassjo.
Kanal 25 Frekvens 506 MHz
SVT2 HD Jönköping, TV4 HD Nässjö, Animal Planet HD, SVT1 HD Jönköping, Kanal 5 HD och TV3 HD JÖNKÖPING

And here is some entrys from tuxbox.
<transponder centre_frequency="490000000" bandwidth="0" constellation="3"/> This one the VU+ finds.
<transponder centre_frequency="506000000" bandwidth="0" constellation="3"/> But not this one.

My TV can find the HD programs above so the signal strength seems to be OK..

Anyone that have a solution to this.

Sorry, but we only support BlacKhole Images, you must ask for support in VIX forum.

Hi.

This is posted under "Hardware", and I think the hardware is the same whatever image u are running.

Is there any forum for just VU+?

You have posted the same question in OpenVIX forum, as i told, we don't support any images rather than BlackHole Images, so:

You must wait for their answers, not ours.

Hi.

Hej Kurre, I am thinking to buy a VU+ Box aswell with DVB-T2 Tuner beside the DVB-S tuner.
So did you get it working ?

Hi Kamiplus.
Not yet, but i am working on it.
It does not work with the original software from VU+ and not with Black Hole.
I think it can be 2 things, driverproblem or faulty hardware.
But hardware seams unlikley.

Hi Kamiplus.
Working now, but it was a strange way to fix it.
First, Black hole image.
Automatic scan did not work, and not the standard manual scan.
In the manual scan choose the "Complet version" of scan, then BH found T2.

Hej Kurre,
Does it also work with the original software from VU+ or only with Black Hole ?

Vänligen

Forgot to ask - where did you buy your VU+ in Sweden or from Germany ?
Because I read there could be problems with the T2 tuner when it is a special version
now beeing sold for the german market namely DVB-T2 HD.
