vu+ duo2 - no data on transponder

On new receiver there two cards with DVB-S NIM(AVL6211)(DVB-S2) connected to two independent LNBs.
When tuner A is busy with recording and tuner B should be used for receiving signal from other transponders it fails just on one transponder with message:
No data on transponder / Timeout reading PAT.
I did try to:
  • switch LNBs between tuners, as on tuner A works fine with all transponders,
  • update drivers
  • did search for update of FPGA - didn't find any
  • update firmware to latest version
But the problem persists:
Tuner B is not able to receive DVB-S from Astra 23,5E - 11836 MHz - horizontal - FEC 5/6 - 27500 and no other transponders (I use) is causing the same problems.

Let me kindly ask do you have any suggestions to this problem?

Thank you a lot

@hexo66 : Your tuners configurations? Your LNBs (same dish, twin LNB, two dishes, motorized dish,.....)? What image?

Try to physically invert tuners. Could be one of tuners problem.

PS : Why don't you Introduce yourself ;).

4 quad LNB's on one toroid dish.
Actually used BlackHole 2.0.9.1
I did switch tuners in receiver, but situation is unchanged: tuner in slot A works perfect, tuner in slot B works as well, but ignores transponder above.

Tuner A:
conf.mode: simple
mode: DiSEqC A/B/C/D
set voltage and 22kHz: yes
send DiSEqC only on sat change: no

Tuner B: equal to tuner A

If you switch each other the 2 cables to the tuners (accordingly re-configured for the respective satellites), does Tuner B then work?

Tuner in slot B is generally working, just not for one frequency, even if are switched cables to tuners, as mentioned at top.

Yes, what ever tuner in slot A (after physical switch of tuners) is able to receive it.
To be clear, terminology Tuner A and B is a bit misleading, therefore what do you really mean in your posts?

1) Tuner A and B are referring to Duo2 physical SLOTS
2) Tuner A and B are referring to Enigma2/BH tuner identification in settings

I do not have dual tuners, just two "LNB In / Loop Out" tuners, in slots Tuner A / Tuner B of receiver.

Please when referring to the Tuner non receiving Astra 23,5E - 11836 MHz - horizontal - FEC 5/6 - 27500 do not refer to SLOT but to Enigma2/BH tuner definition in menu (whatever slot the tuner is inserted into) , sorry, to me it's not clear what you are speaking of with "A" e "B"...

What happens when there is only one cable connected ?
not both.

Test A - works all
Test B - works all except one transponder

Which TV channel/ is on this transponder

I have also this tuner
But I have one double and the other single , the same you have.
Maybe I can do a test but using rotor antenna.
