vu plus solo problem

can anyone help me please i have a vu+ solo box it has blackhole on it i reset it to factory setting now it just constantly reboots with a green error message saying software has encountered a problem and needs to restart tried doing stuff with remote control but nothing happens

Don't know why you factory reset it but sounds like you are going to have to re flash a new image.http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/howto-flash-update-vu-images.11819/
