VU+ Solo /BH FPS show

Hi ppl,

Is there any plugin which can tell me FPS rate of the channel which I'm currently watching? Is it standard 24fps (or 23.968)?
Maybe it is a stupid question, but I need this in order to download correct subtitles for the showing movie/serie..

@Sircho : I'm using Army Transparency skin, 2 times OK on RCU, you can see FPS in upper 2nd infobar.
