VU+ Solo - Internal cardreader problem

Hi,

I tried a viacces card on my father's vu+ solo, and worked perfect. But on mine, it doesn't work, even if I'm using the same settings. I'm using latest blackhole image. Didn't try other images. Could it be a matter of the firmware of the reader? If so is it possibleto upgrade it?

Any Image for Vu+ boxes supports natively Conax CAS.
Other CAS are not supported.
You can try to test your readers with another card. If doesen't work again, you need a replacement.

I think is possible but I haven't opened the Solo box.
I think you need some expertise with electronic components to replace it.

Problem solved after opening the box. The cable from the card reader to the motherboard wasn't plugged correctly.

It's a NDS card. Internal readers support officially Conax cards.
