Found this:
The new VU+ Solo SE will be publicly revealed at the Anga Com this year. This is the new base entry model in the VU+ range and is powered by a 1.3Ghz Broadcom processor.

The Solo SE is essentially an entry machine based on a paired down Solo2. The Solo SE will have a further degree of flexibility over the Solo 2 as it incorporates an advanced pluggable tuner meaning DVB-S2, DVB-C/T, DVB-C/T/T2 are achievable.

Main Features:

Dual Core CPU 1.3GHz
1GB Ram
256MB Flash
1 x CI
1 x Smartcard
2 x USB 2.0
Advanced Pluggable Tuner - DVB-S2, DVB-C/T, DVB-C/T/T2

The SoloSE is an entry level stb, so it has a similar cpu, ram and flash memory to the Solo2, however the SE is a single tuner receiver (although as it's not a fixed tuner, you can swap it between dvb-s2, C or T/T2), and there is no space for an internal hdd.

No concrete info on price, it is rumored to be around 199 euro's, but we will have to wait and see.

Hi,

Can I ask how to removed the lid? I'm having trouble and need to change the tuner from cable to Satillite.

thanks,
Dave.

Remove 2 screws from the rear, then carefully lift up the back edge, and gently pull out the bottom front edge (there is a lip that clips over the frame), and then it will lift off.
