The problem still remailns that you haven't posted any real information.
Dish set up:
You mention it's fixed, which satellite is it pointing at?
How many LNB's do you have connected to the dish, just 1 or more?
How many cables are coming from the LNB to your receiver?
Which tuner is connected, if only 1 cable?
What settings, do you have, in the Tuner Configuration?
Go into the Menu, Setup, Service Searching, Tuner Configuration, select which tuner is being used and please post the configuration.

I buyed vu solo2 and vu duo2
Both of them have problem with alot of ferequency
For example i can search channel with solo 1 and vu duo 1
But with solo 2 and vu duo 2 dont have any sugnal

Why haven't you started your own thread?
There aren't any problems, with either of those frequencies, for me, using a genuine VU+ Duo 2, and running Black Hole 2.1.5.

What size dish are you using?
What are your signal quality readings, for other channels, on Hotbird, 13E?

When i use solo 1 dont have any problem with sugnal quality for my offset 100cm dish
But when i use vu duo 2 and solo 2 a little of channel doesnt any signal quality
Why?
It depends on your signal quality readings, on all your receivers, different tuners can perform differently, if the signal quality is marginal.
If the signal qulaity is good, then it could be the LNB settings, external interference, like a DECT telephone, that might affect one the newer receivers more than the older one.
When enquiring about channel reception you need to supply general information:
General Location
Size of Dish, now you've told us, 1M dish
Fixed or Motorized
You should also provide the full channel information, so others can test it:
