vu ultimo box picture freezes ?

hi huys i have a vu ultimo box which runs perfectly on free to air channels..


however on other channels the picture keeps freezing and picture pixelates.

i have tryed updating to the blackhole firmware 2.0.4 but the picture still freezes after a while.

anyone please help.

What channels cause that problem?

the fta channels are perfect. its just all the paid channels. picture will pixelate after a while then freeze and then go ok and then repeats after a while. not sure what the problem might be ?
