Vu+ Ultimo dead

my Vu +Ultimo only has light on the front buttons, has no power in the USB port or the network port, but has power in the hdd, anyone know how to solve? Thank you

HW problem => HW technician

Check +12 V line from the power supply if one of them are missing = faulty PS , if ok check mainboard.
