VU+ ultimo + xmbc

Hi all,

My problem is I am currently working in Canada and my VU+ is back home in the UK, I am trying to set up my VU+ to stream with XMBC so I can access the streams from here in Canada. is this possible?

You'll need to set yourself up a dynamic DNS to stream outside your home network and port forward your router to appropriate ports... I know it works through the app well but never streamed outside my line on xbmc but can't see why not

Is there nothing on the xbmc forum about the settings or if it supports over wan?

You can try to use this addon for XBMC, but I'm frankly no idea whether it is working through WAN or not.

i will try it, knew id have to set up dyndns up but can you add a cline to xbmc to stream?
