Vu+ UNO Firmware Upgrade

Does anyone know if this is an official VU+ forum? Seems to me nobody is actually looking into this - its a pretty big problem. The channels moved back onto DVBS2 today which means they're gone again from an UNO scan. I don't agree with the above, I love this box, I just want it fixed!

I can assure you that when problems such as this are brought to our attention we always bring it to the attention of the Vu engineers.
This problem has been reported so it is a case of waiting for a fix.
The Black Hole Team are here as hobbyists and our images are based on original VU firmware releases.
If you are not happy with the product you need to speak to your supplier and not here as we can not help with this.

I tried 3 vu uno receivers, and three had a problem with the scan. Now the seller wants to replace me, and this fourth receiver, just told me. I do not sell receivers for tests. Tell me how to go back He do not accept it. thank you

I went back rotten vu Uno, and bought DM800se. Now enjoy all the channels and watch all the programs that pay. If I were the owner of vu plus, I can work around the clock to fix the problems that have these receivers. I wish you all a defective receiver very soon be able to watch and which channels they pay.
But I doubt that will happen soon, just people from vu plus do not care about this issue, if they cared they would fix it now, not wait months and still nothing. This is my personal opinion, as a former owner of Uno vu. I hope my words are wrong.

When?? Can you next time ask them how long it will take. In another topic for transporder bug, I see a post from September 10.2011, is this bug fix or Hispasat still standing. thank you

I'm not part of Vu+ Team but the contact on company has demonstrated the seriety of person and company too.
The problem is not forgotted.
About Hispasat problem, the company has released a fw upgrade for Uno FPGA chip who, in most cases, solve the problem.
The problem actually unsolved are reported to Vu+ to investigate and, I hope, solve ASAP.

It's your choice change the box of course but your Uno has a problem: doesen't corrupt or break. There are 2 different things. The TP problem can be solved against fw upgrade: when it's released, I cannot answer because I haven't a precise date.

I've some DMs, it's true but, at the moment, they are archived. The only one who is in my home, disconnected to my dish, is DM8000 and BH nevercome on DM boxes.
