Vu+uno Flash boot

Good evening. I have Vu+Uno and today I made a error and I went to make update flash with duo_cfe_3_0_usb. Now he is dead the instrument what I can make.

Pls help..

Now the box in what condition is?
Have you tried to flash an image?
Connect also a null modem cable and report here the output taken by Hyperterminal or other terminal emulation software.

It does not make nor Startingk in the screen. I tried to make update other nothing. The screen is black only Led is red. It does not make Boot.

Are you sure that you are reflashing the box with a fat32 formated pen?
Did you make ts_pro update?
Try to reflash BH 165 so you are sure that it works also if your TS_pro is not updated.

Please get a null modem serial cable, connect to box from one side and PC to other one.
Open Hyperterminal or other software to make serial connection and turn on your box and hope something appear .... if something appear please post here the output.

I made what you say to me other nothing it does not make. Connect the cable I opened Vu+ulti Com1 Uno original image NFI Ip Pc-Box 192.168.0.5 - 192.168.10.220 Netx

Star --> 1) Extrack image 2) Enter intro the CFE mode (bar 20%)
And sticks there does not make nothing. And above it writes Plessea star, restart in box..

Again I say that in the screen does not only write nothing the light bulb turns on red.

Turn box off with switch, in VU util give nfi or zip image, best try original, when says start or restart box turn on box with backward switch, i hope this help.

Have you tested with the indications I have reported some psots ago?

Ok.
I suppose when you connect the serial cable between box and PC and you connect your terminal program to your box, turned ON your box, nothing appear on the terminal emulator software.

it's correct?

I expect some text appears ...

Ok.
You have broken your box. Why you have updated your UNO with a file dedicated to DUO?

On BlackHole 1.6.6 Release thread (HERE) there is not any kind of notice or instruction refer to bootloader update about Uno box.

No solution. Call your reseller and hope he substitute your box or send it to VuPlus for repair.

If you have opened your box, have you seen a JTAG connector or a similar one?
If your seller doesen't change your box, we can study a recovery process.
