VU+ UNO TUNNER PROBLEM

like I said "they" are already taking care of this.. it's a confirmed problem. I think is no point battling this and waist space, if you have a prototype just talk to the people who send you and they will confirm...
it's not a tuner issue, tuner is fine. is mainly SR problem. all dvbs2 with 30000...not working, all dvbs2 with SR below are ok. problems with TSID.
all screenshots are already above... I am still waiting for your reply ... it's not important anymore, but would be grate if you had answer when I requested...

You haven't replied to my previous post: no revision data taken from your box and posted here.
I will verify the screenshots.
I can talk with Vu+ about my box but for your... without data's it's hard to me to report correct informations.
Please help me to report more and more details to solve your problem ASAP.

I've seen your screenshots but the scan options are not very readable. Please post a more detailed screenshots. I'm unsure about "Roll-Off" because I read 0.38

It's funny how some people behave like they are on the top of the world, and nothing touch them... all they see is titles... if you think because you are a coder and have your name in red, it gives you the wright to ignore newbies like me, you are very wrong...you don't know who's behind any name, you can only guest by the way they "talk", having said that , it only brings you more responsibility, reason why I think you should have taken an extra minute for me, and try to exploit this situation.
And it would not make you a lesser man, to apologise when the evidence is there, instead of your arrogant "goodbye", or goodnight.
in any case here are two logs where who may have interest can spot the problem. one log is from uno, other from duo.
certainly any good coder with the wright information can solve this problem.

My position in this Board and my role in BH Team are clear at all: DVB USB & USB WIFI driver implementation.
I will try to help anyone who claim problems with Vu+ boxes in the biggest form of concept.

I have done some tests with Uno's bought on shops and I detected the same bug on tuning TPs with SR > 29999.
To make acorrect report to Vu+ company I ask you to post here your tuner and mainboard revisions and production date.

hello, I have made my point and as far as I am concern it's all gone...
so please dont take me wrong on my following comment.
If 29999 is not working must be do to some other reason than the "bug" in question, I have thoroughly tested all sats (available in europe), and TPs, and the only problems appear on 30000SR, maybe the tp you are scanning changed. having said that, if you do a blind scan, values tend to change for example a SR 30000, could very well appear as 29999, or 29998, or any other close value.
even if you scan a TP that you know is working with a value close to the original decoder will pick up the correct channels, as like anything else there are error margins.

I know I've a prototype but the Vu+ have details of modifications between revisions and I think it's relevant to report all datas possible to solve this problem.

In this particular case, it is irrelevant, has the only boxes working are the ones from march, all the boxes released for sale are different board. please just give it a few days, it is being looked at and they are satisfied with information already available to them, they have spotted the problem.

Vu+ has released an update for FPGA chip who solve the scan TP problem.

Read this thread and update FPGA firmware and report if all is working properly !

Please test and report if with this fix, the TP are tunable correctly

Sorry, I thought by my lines one could tell all was ok.(thought I did tell you on my private message) well I confirm all is ok. and upgrade can be done in any image, just be patient when upgrading, it may feel like is more than 5 minutes... be patient, and when finished it will go to previous menu., or say "upgrade success", than, reboot machine and all will be perfect.
No need for any other scan, or anything else. just load your favourite list. if it was not there allready.
