vu zero : pb with tuning low SR transponder

If by "manual search" you mean a search only for a specific transponder, follow bogdann advice and check exactly every parameters.
But, if I were you, I'd try a complete search on the whole satellite (better, also, enabling the "delete channel before searching" option.

Then, if it fails, again, as bogdann said, try by another image to be sure you can exclude any hardware problem.
I can suggest you to try by OpenBlackHole, also downloadable from our forum.

If everything fails... well, we'll see, because it might be due either to the VU+ or to your sat equipment.

thanks for your reply.

Sure ! paramaters are good. i saw similar few years old posts of people having the same pb.

is it possible to install BH & OBH to have a dual boot with theses 2 images ?

Of course: by OpenMultiboot. It's quite a simple process but it's also plenty of guides in this forum.
Actually, I have now OBH in flash and BH in omb, because I permanently switched to OBH. But you can have also the opposite.
Anyway, it's not clear if you also tried a COMPLETE scan of the satellite in question. This would be important because, if the complete scan detects and tune every transponders and the manual scan doesn't, you can exclude any fault either in the VU+ or in your sat equipment.

Hello,

You're right : whole satellite scan works, channels with low SR are found.
So may be one parameter of manual transponder search is not well configured.
Fq / SR / H-V , FEC, xPSK are good, but "défaire=0.35? " , "pilote yes/no " ,"network analyse yes/no" : i don't know exactly what they do.
thanks for your help.

How can we say something if we don't know what transpoder you are talking about? Every transponder might have different needs.
Check for them by some specialised websites, like
kingofsat.com
or the like.

sure ! . i'm tracking live sport feeds, many sites display fq/FEC/SR etc... but when i copy paramaters in the menu of manual search it doesn't work. ( reception of the others channels from same satellite is ok )

is there any documentation of enigma2 menus, i want to understand each parameters.

No documentation: these are the traditional parameters. But, I'm not sure I understood you well: where have you got these parameters? You talked about generic web sites. Have you tried the two main websites for satellites transponders frequencies?
One is that I sent you in the previous post,
https://en.kingofsat.net/
the other one very famous is
www.lyngsat.com
These two are updated in real time and provide you all the parameters you need.

But he said he found them by a complete scan...

Is it possible that the sites have posted the wrong transponder information?
Many fta tuners will auto detect some of the transponder parameters. Here is what is usually needed at minimum:
(1) Transponder Frequency
(2) DVB-S or DVB-S2
(3) Symbol Rate
(4) Polarization
Most fta tuners that auto detect will not need anymore information than those 4 parameters to lock a transponder. FEC, QPSK,PSK,Rolloff...etc will be auto detected.

Blindscan is another fta feature that can help to add transponders that are not in the satellites.xml file. Blindscan works very well on most feeds. In the future, you may want to consider getting a fta receiver that has a blindscan that actually works. It would probably make adding transponder feeds easier and less confusing.

As for documentation of enigma2 menus, OpenPLi has a wiki with lots of information, and OpenVix has an enigma2 manual that is downloadable in .pdf format.
