Vuplus 4k SE error

I hope someone can help me.
I have configured my Uno 4k SE as follows: (running with Vuplus 4k SE original image).
Tuner A to Astra 28.2e as a single satellite. Works fine.
Tuner B as simple
Diseqc A/B/C/D
Port A SES 5 / Astra 4A 4.9e
Port B Hotbird 13.0e
Port C Astra 19.2e
Port D Astra 3B 23.5e
When I do a scan of tuner B with the 4 satellites connected to via Diseqc I can see each satellite & all the channels including 23.5e.
Later when I press the TV button and then the green round button to see all the satellites I can only see 5.0e, 13.0e, 19,2e.
23.5e missing.
The same configuration on a Vuplus Zero finds all services on 23.5e.
I have now updated to the latest Vuplus image for Uno 4k SE.
Did a full scan for tuner A & B.
I can still see each satellite & all the channels including 23.5e during the scan,
but no data found only for 23.5e
I have reported this error to hm-sat from where I bought the receiver.
They want me to send it back for a check. Warranty period 3 years.
I really do not want to send it back right now.

Vuplus Uno 4k SE and 23.5e problem solved
I generated satellites.xml only for European satellites via link below.
satellites-xml eu
ftp the file to the following 2 directories, as I was no sure the correct one.
etc/enigma2
etc/tuxbox
I then restared the STB.
Did scan on Tuner A as simple
Diseqc A/B/C/D
Port A SES 5 / Astra 4A 4.9e
Port B Hotbird 13.0e
Port C Astra 19.2e
Port D Astra 3B 23.5e
Tuner B as Astra 28.2e single satellite.
Now I get all all the satellites & Channels (including 23.5e)
By the way the original satellites.xml that came with the Uno 4k SE was not correct.
