vuplus solo2 mpeg4

l have a probleme with this channel called canal2international on eutelsat 5 west.
with my solo2 and black hole image,l have only audio no video,it is a channel free but mpeg4.
can some one help me ?
this is the frequenze 12690 V,27500-3/4.
l also receive this channel audio and video with amiko and azbox, openbox
but with solo2 ,no video

Hi to all , I am having the same problems since this Chanel past up to MPEG 4 and all the other channels remind in MPEG 2 . Can the vuplus community can take a look. Thanks in advanced
