Vuplus ultimo don't start after flash BH 2.1.6

Hi
i flashed my VUplus Ultimo from BH 2.0.3 to 2.1.6 (i tried 2.1.7 before) and it's not starting now after a succesfull flash (i had the message remove USB and restart).
Now i can't flash it to go back to 2.0.3 and i can't start the box, it stay on BLACK HOLE on the screen and refuse to start.
Any help ? anybody have an idea of what i did wrong and what i can do ?

We need serial boot output to determine where is the problem.
