Wanted, vu+duo user near Bridgend CF31 2HL

Im having problems with my stb, I have sent it to the dealer a few times and it comes back a week later saying there nothing wrong with it then after a week or so it starts crashing. It keeps going green screen and crashing, it wont read the hdd, the flash is full, I have no epg and I have no epg providers in the lists. Open tv has an error and it cant read the epg.dat. I dont have any knowledge of how to repair these problems. I have asked questions on the forum but the replies are above me. I have accessed Dreambox edit looking how to find the logfile to post it on the forum, I cant even find that. I dont mind paying for help also expenses to sort this out. I am living in Bridgend cf31.Thanks for any replies

First of all some answers:
- crashlog are stored into the box, on the folder /hdd
- about full flash I suggest to read some thread about Universes into BH images (http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/howto-extend-flash-in-bh-images.8187/)

Thank you, that was very helpfull. but still the stb crashed if I download rtyec, if I try to mount the hdd or many other reasons it crashe and it always rebooted back to the same channel cinema max hd on hotbird. So I unplugged the hdd and tried to mount a usb but it still crashed. I have now reflashed with bh2.0.4 and I had somebody many miles away to refit the ***** and other addons that were needed. That took a few hours because he used internet explorer not google chrome and he had to use cccam2.3.0 not 2.1.4 that I already had.Thank you again for this help and I appologise if I seem stupid to all the forum for all the post I have put on. It one thing to be told how to do something but its easier to be shown.

About your problems I can suggest to verify carefully mounting and formatting of your USB stick and take care of addon installed.
