Hi All.

Recieved my VU+duo today and boy , for the first time ever ! I'm stuck. It won't allow me to store any Satellite position 45E /45W. Yes it finds it but when I try to scan , It's ...................no joy !. If you think that's anoying I've got no Blackhole. Do I purchase one or, can It be downloaded. Please can someone assist me as this is my 1st ever plea for...........Help.

The 45E to 45W is a very wide range, you have to use a motorised dish to receive all satellites between those space. However, you may watch a few satellites by a fixed dish. Now I think you may start from an easy option that it starts to instal the latest Black Holl image which can be download free of charge from this website. There are many instruction and tips you can read from here. It is an easy job if you follow the instruction. After you have some experience, you can make your own decision what do you want.

1.Download BH image.
2.Format USB stick on your PC format FAT32
3.Unzip BH image and Copy everything on the USB
3.Flash BOX standard procedure with USB stick connected
switch box ON.
4.When it is finished switch box OFF
Unplug your USB stick and switch box ON
