Hi everyone!

Is there a way to see my CFE version?

I can connect via ssh to my box, so if I can see it without a JTAG cable, that would be great

Thanks!

What for? Have you got troubles, with your internet connection?

If not, forget, don´t do nothing! It´s only an advice, and you can´t take any advantages on that!

Last version to solve severall internet problems with ethernet ( If you have it! ), is ver 1.04 and you can find it on forum " zero section ".

Unfortunately, yes I have issues with my Ethernet connection (it suddenly stops working!) :(

I downloaded the file from vuplus.com site, but when uncompressing I get a warning about a file replacing the vuplus directory (I use a Mac OS X)... even if ignore the error, and after I update my firmware, I'm still having issues, so not sure if the CFE updated properly (that's why I'm asking for a way to check the version or md5sum of the firmware in the box).

@nunigaia I can't find any forum "zero section"... only for BH images (and I'm actually using the official image)

The only way to check CFE version is via RS232 interface.

OK, thank you so much for the reply :)

Excellent guide... maybe I will have some time later to check this (my mac only has USB ports, so that will be a challenge)

Am I the only one having issues when uncompressing the ZIP file for the 1.04 update?

Unable to expand "vuplus_zero_cfe_v1.04.zip" into "Downloads".
(Error 21 - Is a directory.)
