I'm quite curious ... What CFE have you flashed?

How have you managed to damage the bootloader?
The Zero 4K doesn't seem to have a com port, so how did you connect a RS232 cable?

I think he's doing a huge mess with images or... boxes. He answers that the CFE he flashed is a... Ultimo4K ;) So, not only CFE is not a box but now it's not even clear to us if he's got a Zero4K or a Ultimo4K.

I have Zero4k, obsolutely. Inside is CFE for Ultime4k. It was an attempt/error.
Zero4k include RJ12(IR/RS232), in board is JTAG(1.pin 3.3V,2.pin SCL, 3.pin SDA,4.pin GND) . Over JTAG connect CY7C68013A and run BBS( Broadcom studio 3).
BBS can write CFE to CPU. I just don't have the content BCM72064.

You can only get the bootloader from the manufacturer, unless they release an update.
Check the link, in my previous post, for vuplus, and try contacting their support. It will probably take some time, as they will want more detailed information, and how an Ultimo 4K bootloader was flashed onto a zero 4K.
You could always try to return it to your supplier.

ultimo 4k. :-D

So you have gathered the Ultimo4K CFE in some way, edited the folder structure into an USB drive and flashed intentionally your Zero4K .....

I think you can do the same way starting from a good Zero4K and reflash CFE, otherwise ask Vu+ if they want send you the CFE to be re-flashed.

Again, I cannot understand WHY flash CFE took from Ultimo4K to Zero4K ....

Exactly.

How precisely?

Via RS232 to display "Board ID is zero! - You need to hardware fix (ECO) it!" try flash wrong CFE.
I know it was a mistake.

This is a forum, and has nothing to do with VU Plus, the manufacturers, as I stated, in my earlier post, you need to contact the manufacturers, or get your supplier, to contact them, on your behalf, and get the correct bootloader.
I still don't know how you managed to do it, but VU+ has supplied an update, for the Ultimo 4K bootloader, but to force it onto the Zero 4K must have taken some time, and effort. Hopefully it's only a bootloader issue, and not a damaged part.

Unfortunately I did not find any contact on the site.

Possibility of repair with the second functional Zero4k? How?

You can click on Support, and either Sales Inquiry, or Bug report, but don't expect a quick reply. It's always easier to go through your supplier, as they should have contact information.

Thank you for advice. The answer came quickly but it did not help.:)
The answer was to load the latest software and if the flash does not work, the board is defective..
