I did, even 3 times, but I think the download site had a problem as all 3 times the tar file was zero bytes, just did it again which took a bit longer to complete but it is there now! tnx! glad to have the army skin back.

Another issue, I've had it with BH 1.5 and now with 1.5.1 as well, when the EPG(rytec nl/be/uk) gets downloaded sometimes the box crashes, is this a known issue? can it be related to a corrupted tar download?

I think its a memory issue , its better not 2 overload EPG info.,,,,wait for a while between EPG downloads!

Ok tnx, for now I'm using a local server to download the epg and then point the box to this server, so far this works even when loading epg several times, if it is corruption I'll find it. Locally I can perform more tests on the tar file before presenting it to the box.

I'm newbie and want to say hallo all of you. Could you help me? I've Vu+ duo with BH 1.5.1 installed and a eminent EM4554 wifi adapter (RT3070). I can see the adaptore but the system crash as soon as I try to configure the adaptor.

Can you post the crashlog?

satellites.xml is in /etc/tuxbox
putt your satellites.xml there and 15.8 will appear after box restart

I do now, but my question was why do this image use the old naming. What is the source if the satellites.xml in the image?
Use an updated file and save trouble for many users that do not now how to fix it.

You can find it in /media/hdd and download it using an ftp software.

and use copy/paste.

I too have a problem with CrossEPG. It appears to load data OK and the /media/hdd/crossepg/ folder has over 30Mb of data in various files but the EPG does not display on the box.

I can take the epg.dat from the CrossEPG folder, put it in the HDD root, rename it to epg.dat.bak, then use the Blackhole EPG Backup to successfully load the data, so it appears that CrossEPG is getting the data OK.

Is there some setting that I am missing? I have tried with the standard OpenEPG loader enabled and Disabled and even tried the CrossEPG force reload on boot.
