Go to into channel list, press MENU button and you should can delete channels directly via remote.
If you haven't possibility to delete, enable expert mode into Menu-Setup-System-Customize and retry.

Remove entry.

Using Black Hole you can only delete channels from Bouquets, not from the main channel list.
If you want to delete channels, from the main list, then use dreamboxedit, but you will have to stop any auto update options, or the channels could scan back in again.
The auto update is very useful for any channel changes, names, pids, etc..
