DreamPlex and subtitles

Hi, i have a Synology NAS, with alot of movies, and when i try to play movies with *.srt subtiltles, and choose the right sub.srt, i don't get any subtitles on the movies when playing, any ideas.!

Solo 4K, and latest Black Hole.
