Mount Vu+ HDD to another VU+ device

Hi!

I try to mount my second Vu+ device that is setup in another home. I get the following error when I do the mount: mount error(13): Permission denied
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg)

I use the following line in fstab file:
//ip-adress/media/hdd/ /media/share cifs auto,user=root,password=password 0 0

I have done a port forwarding on port 445 tcp/udp (cifs port) to my box ip in the router.

I can mount the hdd locally using my windows 10 PC without a problem.

Have you simply tried to mount not by adding lines in fstab but browsing the network by the GUI of the VU+ itself?

I finally got it working. But the problem was that my router could not handle the open ports to both my CIFS shares at the same time, I had to pick just one of them.
