No access to VU DUo using FTP and telnet

I have FTP and telnet running and I can't access the box

It was working before, It just stop working

I Telnet the VU DUO and I get

Connecting To 192.168.0.10...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

Filezilla ftp I get

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server


I have restarted the network and still the same, I can't connect

I can connect to other box in the network (VU SE) by ftp and telnet

Any idea?

Have you double checked the receivers network IP address?
You could try teh DCC, Dreambox control Centre, software as this will automatically find all items connected to your network, and even report their IP addresses.

How are you accessing your receiver, from your PC?
FTP, File Transfer Protocol, is a very basic piece of software, that merely accesses your receivers directory, and your PC's directory, using the router, once you have entered your receivers IP address, and username, root.
Try dowloading FileZilla, the client version, from their website, then try connecting.
