No sound

i have vu+ duo2 and blackhole 2,1,5
when i add my Movies from my nas
can se the Movies but there is no sound

what can be the problem

Has there been any progress on this issue? I'm having the same problem.

Also can we only use XBMC 13.2? Is there no way of upgrading to kodi 14.?
