Openwebif Password with http authentification ON

Hi all.
I new with BH images and Im triying to setup Openwebif of the last BH image in my VU+Zero4k device.
I can access to Openwebif from my network and out of my network but when I set http authentification ON Openwebif is under password protect when I try access out of my network.
I have tried with root with empty pass and not work.
I can access from FTP without user/password.

Any body can guide me to setup Openwebif with http auth ON and how can I set the password properly.

PD. With Openwebif auth OFF I have try to setup a password with password extensin leaving old pass blank and setting a new pass with no luck.

The http (or https) OWIF authentication needs you set a root password. But, after all, all the other open images, like OBH (OpenBlackHole) have stated a FTP password is anyway compulsory also for simple FTP access.
So, the simplest thing is to set a root password. Even because, why one should choose the authentication if, then, doesn't want to authenticate?
Authentication means using a userID and a password!
