Playing movies with Media player

I had an AVi movie file that I tried to play via Media player on my VU+ DUO. It playes the images but not the sound. The file works great on my PC but not on my VU+ Box.

Any ideas?

Could you post some info about audio track of your AVI file?

Try to reboot the box, it helps for me sometimes.

its ok I just switched on the digital down mix and this fixed the problem
