i have problem on my box
if put it on chanal sd its oky
if i put it on chanal HD getting freez and cant do anything remote contol doesnt work and dcc also
so i will do power off and on
what is this please help

You should specify how much plugins you are using and other infos.
Dish is pointed correctly? Connections are OK?
What box do you have?

i have duo plugins 13 all and evrything is ok put on hd chanel getting freez
dish also oky 100%
if t getting freez i cant do anything just pwoer on and off

This board is for help but with my Duo, HD channels (DVB-S2 TPs) work correctly.

I will try to help you but I need some other info to try to reproduce your situazion and error.

Could you please specify the SD and HD channel do you tune in your box and the satellite details?

sd channel under DVB-S HD channal under DVB-S2
ex :
if wach BBC nothing happend evrything its ok
if wach BBC HD after 20 mnts box will freez
satellite is nialsat atlantac baird arab channal

I'm very sorry to inform you that Nilesat 7W from my geo-position is not tuneable.
I will ask my friend to make some tests and report it the results.
