As Angelofsky said before , some thing to do with A/V settings,,,,dish configuration,,, cable/LNB?disqC,,,,etc!

lets see a screen-grab of your:-
A/V settings....Menue>setup>>settings>>>A/V settings !
& Menue>setup>>service searching>>Tuner config>Receeption settings!

And what type of A/V connections U"r using....HDMI or YPbPr,,,etc!

Can be a little incompatibility with your dual feed LNB and Uno. If you can try with one sat per time it's very useful to determine the problematic component of your sat system.

I am using HDMI.. but I cant see how it can be a setting, after all, it works, BUT sometimes when I change channel, it stops working..
Ill have to make a restart, then it works again. Will make that screenshot..

Good,,,next time @ PIC use right mouse click ,,,,safe image as "any name" at PC and then use "insert image" at top!
lets see the 2nd PIC (screen shut) of reception settings!

For A/V setting try to use this:-

And for Disply 4:3,,etc! there is a plug-in for that!

I assume U have this config.:-

Try the above on Tuner A and if not work try in Tuner B
,,,and if does not work check U'r DisqC & LNB!

Well, due to no internet, I havent proceded with my problem lol BUT now I am back. I have moved the cable to reciver 2, BUT dont get picture. I have made a rescan, still no picture. DO I need to do something specifik, to change reciver on the machine?

Well I never had success with tuner 2, so now I am back to tuner 1.
Gonna go and by a new cable, so I can test it directly from the head, to the Vu+

Would it be an idea, to have 1 head, directly to one reciver, and the other head, directly to the other reciver?
EG have 0,8 on one, and 4,8 on the other?

what makes you think it is cable fault?
have you checked your f connectors somimes these can get shorted my moving and taking in and out,take apart and check.also try to take tuner b out and test in lnb 1 input it might work if it doesw means cable is not the problem.

I have simular problem, tried 1.6.7 beta 2 and 1.7.0 on two tuners, same problem on bouth. I now use 1.6.6 workes perfect except lagging when playing recording on hardisk, this problem have I had on all erlier image. So there must be more that have this problem?

Both Tuner should work properly.
Tuner1 and 2 are identical.
BCM7335 DVB-s2 NIM (Internal)(dvb-S2)

Only difference is tuner configuration made by user(YOU).
You should be able to configure both, to receive same dish setup by moving the cable from one to the other tuner or
Use Tuner1 for 0.8Sat and Tuner2 For 4.8 Sat.

If I understood you correctly Your setup is DISH/2XSingle LNB/2-Port DiSEqC/Sigle Cable to Receiver .
Usually DiSEqC switch is the problem, due to compatibility issues or wrong receiver configuration.
Is your DiSEqC tone burst or Volt Regulated ? This is important setup issue.

To make sure your VU+ DUO isn't faulty, follow a911 and angelofsky1980 instructions,
Connect cable directly from Single LNB to Receiver Tuner.
Both VU+ Tuners MUST be able to receive same Sat Services by moving the cable from Tuner1 to Tuner2.(With Proper Tuner Config.)
-Connect Cable to tuner 1 or 2
-Setup both Tuners Configuration (Save)
-Recheck Tuners Configuration
-Scan services or download setting from server(Green\Yellow\Download\Settings)
-reboot
To change tuner repeat from beginning.

I had (almost) the same problem, periodically no sound no picture, solved by reseting the cam.

i found resetting works also but after switching between channels it happends again and resetting agian.

maybe its a cam issue in the new firmware

And have U updated your STB with the latest Drivers!
Mostly the issue/problem , U"r having, is related to Drivers of the STB.

Same problem here - with 1.7.2 when switching channels, randomly I get either no sound or no picture or both.
