I've a vu+ duo 2 with 2 tuner DVB-S2. I have blackhole image . I would like to known why can't watch a channel went I record another channel ( ex when i record a channel on sat 19.2 at the same moment i can't watch a channel on sat 13.2 or 28.2 . Can you help me Pls

We first need to know your satellite set up.
It sounds like you have a multiple LNB setup, which includes 13E, 19.2E, and 28.2E. Are you using two Diseqc switches, and have all three satellites connected to both tuners?
How have you got your Tuners configured?

You need to post your Tuner configuration set up, and check that both are working, so set up Tuner A, without Tuner B cable connected, and check you can receive all three satellites, then connect the second Diseqc switch, to Tuner B, remove the cable from Tuner A, set up Tuner B and check all three satellites are working.
