show corect ecm time for oe 1.6

If you see in your skin only " ECM TIME : nan "
copy this file from FTP in /lib and reboot enigma.

PS: Maybe you see first time green death but next reboot by ecm time corect.

Please saving you origo file libgcc_s.so.1
