Stream problems

Streaming an HD channel over a 100mbit lan network, i use to get many problems after few seconds.

VLC 2.0.6 64 bit on Windows 7/64 8GB - GeForce 560Ti 1GB
Vu+ SOLO, BlackHole 2.0.2 Rev.C.

To resolve, stop & start on vlc. After some seconds, again.

Adjusting VLC advanced cache for NETWORK STREAM, from 1000 to 10000 ms, seems to make video stream better. When glitches arrive, some seconds seems to autoresolve and the stream is stable again then.
Same behaviour in WMP 12, glicthes then after some seconds fluid again.
