wifi n600 for hd streaming

i have two vu+ one duo and one ultimo. I want to stream hd channel from ultimo to duo i have two usb dongle vu+ original on both but i cant stream hd .My router have 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz .Have some one use 5 GHz usb dongle and specific what usb dongle 5 GHz work on vu+? thanks .

5Ghz wont neccessarly make Your transfer faster. I found that even connectong to LAN I am getting transfers at abound 6-9 MB/sec which is lower than teorethical 11MB/sec and Its lower and on my Vu Duo. Strange.
