This image include OpenGL animations and Xbmc

Warning to prevent that Xbmc will fill your flash you have to map a device (hdd, usb or nas) to folder /media/hdd using device panel BEFORE to launch Xbmc.

Warning This is a BETA image, feeds are not updated. Don't use "image update" function or you will corrupt files.

Warning: THIS IMAGE USE A DIFFERENT BOOTUP SEQUENCE AND KERNEL CONFIG AND FOR THIS REASON CANNOT BE USED IN MULTIBOOT. USE THIS IMAGE IN FLASH ONLY.


TRICK: To be sure that Xbmc is not filling your flash, after the first Xbmc launch check your filesystem. If you have the folder .Xbmc in the root dir "/.Xbmc" you have to copy it on /media/hdd and then delete from the root.

Xbmc Known issues: Many addons are not yet working because of missing modules.

then i lunch Xbmc plugin i add super repo sources

for me and for now very unstable , bh it self rebooted couple of times during connection to wlan, never had any of this problems with other images, xbmc itself showing 720p in settings but picture is displayed in 1080p , I didn't try to play anything on xbmc so can't say much
I think it is still long way to go to have it done right, I had a little hope xbmc will be the main app working as a base of the system and not only a plugin, I am using xbmc in my home theatre for daily basis and cannot say "it works much better with Vu Duo2 than PC" but maybe it just me :)

the format avi, mkv, ts, lock occasionally, as if missing frame, both xbcm as in the player, such as enhanced movie

I appreciate the XBMC addition and hope that ATSC support is added to it. My ATSC usb device is being recognized when using this image, but the slot for it is being shown as Empty. I would expect ATSC to work correctly once the needed modules are added to XBMC and maybe a few adjustments made to the image.

Very unstable, on vu DUO2 impossible to use, continuous gui blocks.
reboot does not work

I don't see any folder .xbmc on root or hdd with DCC or VUCC... What software do you use?

BH 2.1.4 i stable (like the version without XBMC) by not play any mp3, avi or mkv. The file is queued in the media player but all is blocked and I need switch off to restart...

Hi GKill, .xbmc is a hidden directory, if you had your hard drive as a device before running the XBMC plugin it will be in the root of HDD. you can access by typing address including dot into any FTP software.

handy tip I found last night, if in xbmc pressing remote control power off button brings up shutdown menu for XBMC.
