Yesterday and today I tested two new 8 GB USB stick
both different manufacturers, in general can not be used on receivers.
When using USB format in BH or OBH last images
(I have not test with older or other images), often they are not recognized.
So you cannot format.
I believe is the same in all other images .
OBH is Pli base and BH VU+ base
When you manage to somehow to format.Then mount does not work .
Somehow and sometimes you can make a mount
but after reboot nothing , no mounted .etc.
All these problems I do not have with my old USB sticks
which are 4 GB or less.
On a Windows machine I have used various tools for formating and partitioning.
Different FAT/Fat32/Nfts format and clusters, but nothing helps.
It is interesting that if I format 8 GB USB stick on a PC in a Linux format
then it seems that the USB stick after this working and mount OK on the box.
I'll have to test longer to be sure abt this.
All in all
I am sure that many people have this problem with Multiboot and this new USB sticks
The same USB stick when it comes to FAT32 can be used without problems
on the box for example for new flash.
