Been away for a while

Hello guys,

I just need a little advice please, I've been away for a while so out of touch with my VU solo & what's been going on in the world of satellites etc.

Can anybody recommend what image to update my box with and am I right in reading an email that xbmc is now also available on the VU Solo?

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
