BH 3.0.1 and Hauppauge pctv nanostick t2 290e usb-tuner

Unfortunately there is still issues when having (one and/or two) "Hauppauge pctv nanostick t2 290e usb-tuner"
(Only one usb-tuner is present in the tuner setup)

Duo2 configuration:
Tuner A: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6222) (DVB-S2) - slot A
Tuner B: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6222) (DVB-S2) - slot A
Tuner C: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6222) (DVB-S2) - slot B
Tuner D: Vuplus DVB-S NIM(AVL6222) (DVB-S2) - slot B
Tuner E: PCTV 290e - USB port
Tuner F: PCTV 290e - USB port (Not present in the tuner setup)

Usb Tuners are located in separate USB ports on the back (usb power y cable is wired, between the two USB ports on the back)

2. Issue (two usb tuners):
The normal "Tuner handling system" selection/priority/reservation/dataflow
, do normally work like a charm (Slot tuners)
But when having 2 x "Hauppauge pctv nanostick t2 290e usb-tuner"
Somehow it seems, that some parts of the "Tuner handling system", knows that there is "2 x Hauppauge tuners", where other parts of the "Tuner handling system", do not

Reproduce crash procedure:
1. fta-DVB-T recording in progress via timed timer
2. Then when selecting another fta-DVB-T channel via channellist, the crash occurres

It's quite strange because the error seems related to a DVB-S/S2 channel selection and not DVB-T/T2, but I'll investigate.

Super (zapping from dvb-s to dvb-t)

I am pretty shure it has to do with:

Tuner E: PCTV 290e - USB port
Tuner F: PCTV 290e - USB port (Not present in the tuner setup)

Steps performed:
( 0. Symptom: fta-DVB-T channels is suddenly all black )
1. Run debug dvb script (all black)
( dvb_debug_duo2_bh301e_20160111_01_dvb-t_blackscreen.txt )
2. Disable Tuner E: PCTV 290e (DVB-T2) in tuner setup, then Box crashing
( enigma2_crash_1452533782.txt )
3. Restart Gui and run debug dvb script (all black)
( dvb_debug_duo2_bh301e_20160111_02_after_crash_restartGui.txt )
4. Reboot box and run debug dvb script (all black)
( dvb_debug_duo2_bh301e_20160111_03_reboot.txt )
5. Restart Gui and run debug dvb script (Tuner E is working again, .....Tuner F still not present in the tuner setup.....)
