Could someone useful answer my question from blackhole team.

Full backup creates complete backup of your actual flash of box to put on USB key and transfer to other/your one (flash clone) in case of need.
Personal backup restores your settings/plugins/... after flashing with clean image (is readable with text editor, you can easily see, what is backuped).
