Black Hol Vu+ Solo2 V.2.1.1 Setup Network Crashes

Hi All,

I have 2 x Vu+ Solo2 boxes and they are working pretty well on WiFi. However I do get picture freezing, some days much worse than others. I did some research and it seems connected by Wired Lan helps to minimise any freeze as WiFi does tend to occasionally drop, albeit for just seconds.

The problem is that on both boxes whenever I go into Setup --> Network I get an immediate crash. It never gets as far as to activate the interface. I even tried disabling the WiFi connection first (and removing the WiFi dongle) but always it crashes.

If I do a factory reset then the Lan is recognised when I enable it, so I know it works OK. As soon as I do a restore (as I took a backup first) the WiFi settings are reinstated and I am back to square one.

Can anyone help here, to activate the Lan, without crashing. I have include the crash log for anone knowledgable enough to interpret it.

Delete the folder /etc/default_gw and reboot your box.
Update image also to latest version. Now you are using BH 2.1.0
