The latest Black Hole image is 3.0.9.B Multistream

• Fix bug in BH Weather (stop image crashing if your city is not available).
• Update Exteplayer3 (you can not use subtitles with Exteplayer3 otherwise image will crash).
• Add Astra-sm to feeds for T2-MI support (for boxes that support MIS only).
