I have a problem with black hole image

first problem
Some time if me use it plugin lot of pending device restart by itself continuously and does not stop after the separation of electricity from the device reversing the second images

Second problem

The time late seven minutes, if you repair next day. The problem returns


third problem

in Arabic is that some options do not appear in the list


Is the problem general or special
