Black screen with CI official Canaldigitaal CAM on Solo4K

I've been using an official Canaldigitaal CAM with the original firmware on a Solo4K without problems.

Now I wanted to try out BH because of the better EPG support, but I keep on getting a black screen on channels the CI should decode.

In the information I get all the details of both the cam and the card (including the validity dates).
When I zap to a channel that should not work, I do get the info popup that I do not have a valid subscription for that channel.
When I zap to a channel that sould work (and does with the 'original' firmware), there is just a black screen. No notification and no image.

Have you enabled "High bitrate support" on Common Interface menu ?
