Can someone grab a driver 01/02/2012 ipk? ( Google translate )

Kann jemand bitte die Treiber von heute 2.1.2012 als ipk packen?

Hi @Medusa
nice to see you on our forum.
Thanks for your support for BH images.
The driver is easily installed without ipk files.
Copy the driver files in to

/lib/modules/3.1.1/extra/

and restart box.

Shutdown your box, plug your tuner and start box.
You find your DVB-T device into canonical dvbapp E2 setting panel.

Sorry again but please explain to me how to enter to dvbapp E2 setting panel. Or have i download something? Thanks again and sorry for my silly questions.

Restart box with a tuner connected.
If OK Tuner you will find in the
Menu>>Setup>>Service Searching >>Tuner configuration and Choose Tuner

my post have being removed <beta testers is for beta testers not for public get it?
In this thread there is not any deleted messages ... so re-publish it, thanks!
The 1.6.7 images series is for all who want to try to use the new kernel and images.
As reported twice in the Board, the "Beta" status stay within Vu+ released a new Official Image.

Does this need bootloader update seperately ?

Has anyone had problems with viewing on another device e.g iPad via dream box live? I have it setup as a Multituner, but can only see the free channels not the premium channels. It worked fine on 1.6.6. Also on the V+Duo, the Cam driver needs to be started every now and then to get it working again.

Hello,

I have a Problem with device mount. I use an internal HDD and a USB stick. As usuall I've edited fstab to mount the Usb stick (/dev/sdb1) as /media/usb. Sometimes after Reboot or Deepstandby the devices become switched. HDD become /dev/sdb1 and is getting mount as /media/usb and the usb stick become /dev/sda1 and ist getting mount as /media/hdd. Is it possible to priority the devices? So that HDD will always be /dev/sda1 and the usb stick always /dev/sdb1 ? With BH 1.6.6 I haven't got this Problem.
Thanks in advance for any solution.

I did it many times but nothing. When i restored my old settings i had many green screens and no tuner at all (avermedia Volar HD A 835). When i made new setup , i had only the S2 tuner and nothing DVB-T at all. I tried the BH 1.6.5 firmware and i installed from usb tunner pannel the specific driver and everything was perfect. The VU found the USB tunner and the tuner found all the possible services here in Greece. So i stay here in this firmware for a while. Thank you anyway for all your efforts you and the BH team to create a wonderfull firmware for our receivers.

Maybe not a bad idea to write in USB Tuner drivers section abt your problems with DVB-T.

Maybe a foolish question, but:
What is the easiest way to upgrade from previous release? (and I do not mean just the drivers)

Cheers,
