can't turn on vuplus if usb stick is plugged

hey guys
i am using a usb stick for swap + picons on my vu+ solo.
everytime i turn off or restart the box doesn't work, i have to remove the usb key.
is it normal?

U need to reformat USB (erase formatting) and re-install all again, before that you need to use USB tools for BH formattings!

that's what i did but i have the same problem.
after the usb format wizard finishes, it asks to reboot the box.
but it doesn't reboot, you have to remove the usb key and then it boots.
maybe it's a bug with 2.1.4 ?

I setup 8 box's at the weekend with BH 2.1.4 and all have USB's working fine, maybe you could try a different USB ?
