I can't reply this crash.
Please tell us more details:
1) is it your image installed in flash or in OMB?
2) What did you exactly did after entering the blue panel? Did you choose one of the subsections or directly pressed EXIT?

The image is in multiboot, Blackhole in flash
When I press OK common interface, it crashes.. Nothing else installed.

Well: no crash from flash, then. As soon as possible I'll try from OMB, too, but I suspect there's a problem in your installed image, only.
But, I've got OBH also in flash: so my try can't reproduce exactly your case.

You don't say which build of obh 4.4 you are using.
Try doing an online update, and if that doesn't fix it, then something is corrupt in your image, so you will need to reflash / reinstall the image in OMB.

it is 4.4.023
I installed in Flash, no problem , but When installed in multiboot , there is the crash

something did not update then when in omb, or the image was corrupted.

Working fine here on 12 different boxes some in flash some in omb

After several testing,OBH 4.4.017 ( Fresh install) , no crash
after online update to 4.4.023 , start crashing.
Is there up to date OBH 4.4.023 on website here? so I do not need to do online update , the one here is 4.4.013
