Default services list

I have just reinstalled Black Hole after finally getting some idea of what I'm doing, but one thing I don't understand as part of the initial setup process is what exactly is the 'Default services list'?

I can chose the default services list for my satellite, but have no idea what it does....

Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

Default Services List should need when you want to restore initial channel list built into Enigma2

Is this in the form of a file? If so, what is it called?

I don't know the file format but when you choose to install Default Service List, your current services (channels) are deleted and the default ones will be installed.
