Hello there !
I'm a proud owner of a new vuplus zero receiver.

But after checking a little bit more (I'm actually new to this 'receivers world'), I have some questions about it. (And yes, I have previously checked the forum, but some of my questions weren't asnwered quite fully...)

So, here it goes:

1) I bought it to use with my tv provider, unfortunately it uses a DVB-c system. So I found out I can use some usb sticks to adapt the cable so it would work fine with my receiver. But the cable is a coaxial one, and these usb receivers have a different connector. How can I adapt my coaxial cable to plug it on the usb stick?!

2)And also, if I already have a coaxial cable, couldn't I just plug it directly to the zero?! I mean, these cables are supposed to work within the same physical aspects, such as voltage and etc... So, as long as I could set up my zero to receive a coaxial cable, shouldn't it work?! Couldn't I set the 'line in' in my zero to act as DVB-c connector?!?!?

3) Is there any sort of card sharing I can use with it!? I don't mean to do anything illegal. The problem is that my tv provider uses a card attached to the receiver, and the zero don't have that slot. So, I was thinking to continue paying for the subscription, and use a card sharing service so I could use my zero (because it has way more functions than the cable tv provider setup box)?!

Thanks in advance for the help!!

If these questions shoudn't be here, I'm sorry but I couldn't find other section to fit them in.

Best Regards !!
